Charming Church Stall dating from the beginning of the last century, with a solid Oak frame generously carved.
Its full seat consists of a large and solid flap, which can be raised or lowered at will. Once raised, it presents a hand rest and grants its space dedicated to the Recollection and the Prayer.
The backrest is composed of four panels forming a large cross in its center and integrating in its interior a circular flower motif.
The armrests of this seat, with its unusual shape, are decorated with generous friezes scalloped in lilies.
The Sides are richly decorated with Acanthus Leaves, Rolls and Scrolls, enclosing Religious Flowers and Pine cones, a symbol used by the Papacy to illustrate the link between Heaven and Earth, flesh and spirit.
The Ensemble rests on straight legs at the back, and two open legs at the front.
This Church Stall will amplify an already warm Interior ambiance or a luxurious Exterior. It will seduce the lovers of Sacred and Divine Art or will trigger the love for unusual Antiques.
