Vintage Design
Mobile bar designed by Umberto Mascagni of Bologna in the 1950s. The main structure is made of solid European wood, covered in cream and brown colored vinyl with anodized aluminum, decorated sandblasted glasses. Even the legs are covered in black vinyl! Excellent vintage conditions! This mobile bar is an interesting example of an Italian design of the middle of the century. In 1952 Umberto Mascagni creates a new way of producing furniture using new materials such as PVC and anodized aluminum. This was provocative considering the market at that time. It’s furniture was sold by Harrods, London, 1952-1955.
“If you like it, make your offer and we will evaluate it, better than this couldn’t be!”
