Vintage Design
Solid wood sculptor’s saddle from the 19th century. This sellette rests on a tripod, one of which is fitted with castors. It has three levels, the last of which is the working board measuring 0.46 M X 0.33 M. The mechanism is in perfect working order, allowing the board to be lifted (with a clip system) and tilted, although a crank handle is missing. It retains a beautiful patina.
It is iron-marked “H.Martin constructeur Breveté à Paris”.
DIMENSIONS: 0.66 M X 0.66 M AND BETWEEN 0.97 M AND 1.33 M HIGH.
