This is an American bed, which works with a different size system. A 160cm x 200cm mattress fits in, but a standard German slatted frame doesn’t fit because Americans don’t use slatted frames in that sense. The internal dimensions of the bed are 157.5cm x 200.5cm (still fits a 160 mattress).
